Overview

This luxurious ground floor apartment is located in the brand new beach front 5* Villa Gadea complex on the outskirts of Altea. The resort is fully fenced and has entry managed by security at the gate house. There are ten communal pools located around the sprawling landscaped gardens and there is direct access to the beach. There are shop, bars and other amenities within the resort and Altea is a couple of minutes drive away.



The apartment oozes quality with heated marble floors, hot and cold climate control, tasteful decor and luxurious furniture. Enter the apartment and from the hallway you enter the living room with two twin sofas and an armchair to relax in. There is cable TV as well as a DVD and music system for entertainment. The dining area is to the rear of this room with table and chairs for four. From the living area enter a small lobby area where the double bedroom with en-suite shower room, twin bedroom and main bathroom can be found. Returning to the entrance hallway, you'll find the fully fitted kitchen and appliances include, oven & hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, washing machine & fridge / freezer.



Outside on the terrace there is your own private jacuzzi for a real touch of luxury and the terrace has views over the nearby pool and garden.

Villa Gadea is a brand new 5 star apartment complex and is placed in a privileged enclave, in the first line of the Mediterranean Sea. There are are no less than 10 pools to enjoy and Playa de l'Olla – below Villa Gadea, (200 yds from the apartment) is a popular very clean pebble beach with abundant marine life and during the summer, lively beach bars serve delicious fresh seafood. Next to the apartments is the Melia Villa Gadea Beach Hotel. The facilities include a spa and several bars and restaurants. The complex is just a kilometre away from Altea, a picturesque town built on a hill between the sea and the mountain range inland.
