Overview
This is a newly built villa in a typically canarian style. It is detached with off street parking to the front and a secure garden to the rear. The garden has a large patio with barbecue and heated pool. The inside of the villa is furnished to a very high standard and should cater for all of your home comforts.There is Sky TV and DVD player in the lounge and 2 kingsize sofabeds should they be required.The kitchen is fully fitted and there is an outside utility room with washing machine. The complex has everthing you'll need, though hiring a car is recommended to make the most of the island.
The villa has a mountain backdrop to the rear which provides some lovely sunsets.In front of the villa is natural parkland which stretches all the way down to the famous sand dunes and beaches of Corralejo.

The villa is situated in La Capellania just off the main Corralejo to La Oliva road.It has a mountain backdrop to the rear and natural parkland to the front.
The location is the key here.You will find yourselves no more than a couple of minutes drive from any of the superb beaches,mountain views and the famous sand dunes of northern Fuerteventura.The mountains provide you with some lovely sunsets and are around 10 minutes drive inland.The naural parkland stretches all the way down to the famous sand dunes and beaches of Corralejo.A car is recommended because,although there are afew beaches in town,the majority of Corralejos beaches are on the outskirts of town.The beaches are very popular with both sunbathers and watersports enthusiasts alike.Flag beach,one of the most famous,is 5 minutes drive away.Everthing from national history to natural beauty,mountain activities to watersports and beaches,is within easy driving distance.The roads are very good and easy to navigate.Head towards the centre of Corralejo and the islands of Lanzarote and Los Lobos dominate the skyline.Ferries run everyday to both.You will also see the new Bacu waterpark.The kids will love it.Its 3 minutes drive away and also has a bowling alley and market days.Eating out is cheap,and the standard of the restaurants is excellent,especially in the old town and along the seafront.Live entertainment is often provided if you dine in one of the two squares in the old town.10 minutes drive in the opposite direction and you will come to El Cotillo on the west coast.It is littered with beautiful beaches and lagoons.It has a small harbour with half a dozen very good restaurants around it.There are many little villages and towns to explore in Fuerteventura,both along the coast and in the mountains.
If you don't fancy getting out and about then the area,itself,has everthing you'll need in walking distance.Although the villa has its own private pool there are larger communal pools dotted around,and one much larger in the social and leisure centre.The centre also has tennis courts and a gym,a bar,snackbar and a very good restaurant.There's a supermarket and a cinema 200 metres from the villa.
