Overview

Villa Maryrose is a beautiful property situated on the outskirts of the pretty village of Competa, Andalucia. It has stunning views both towards the mountains of the Sierra Tejedas and also towards the sea.There is a large private heated swimming pool with terrace and BBQ area together with a large table and chairs for dining al fresco. There is ample parking space for 2/3 cars.Inside the property there is a large well equipped americal style kitchen with fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven & hob. The lounge area has satellite TV with free to view channels, DVD player, dining table 6 chairs and two large comfy sofas for relaxing.Through the hallway there is a large family bathroom with full bath and shower. Bedroom No 1 has a double bed with doors leading onto the pool terrace, a large en-suite bathroom with walk in shower. Bedroom No 2 is a twin room with single beds and an en suite shower room. Bedroom No 3 is a double room overlooking the pool area. All rooms have fans to cool you down and there are heaters available if the weather is a little cooler.All linen (including towels) is provided (pool towels are not provided)The villa is situated with easy access of the village where all amenities are available including banks/pharmacy etc. The coast is approx 12 Km from the villa where visitors can explore the coastal towns of Nerja and Torrox. Other places of interest include Marbella, Gibraltar & Granada which are all within easy driving distance. There are many outdoor activities available to visitors including walking, horse riding, mountain biking, golf, motorbike tours as well as being able to relax around the pool or visit the local village tapas bars where the locals are very welcoming and more than happy to share a drink with you.
