Whether you're looking for a relaxing poolside break, a busy sight seeing adventure or a walking holiday, our villa, La Viña, is your perfect base.
It is located on the outskirts of the picturesque mountain village of Cómpeta in beautiful Andalusia, southern Spain.
This region boasts some of the best weather in Europe with mild winter temperatures and sizzling heat during the summer months.
Local activities include horse riding, swimming, hang gliding and tennis. Numerous world class golf courses and water sports are close by.
Winter sports are two hours away in the beautiful Sierra Nevada mountains and the surrounding countryside is an area renowned for its varied and interesting walks in the National parks.
Villa La Viña is privately owned. It's comfortable, well equipped and maintained to a high standard throughout the year.

It is set in an idyllic, countryside location with an elevated position enjoying panoramic views. This fantastic location is reached via a short, unsurfaced mountain road.

Amenities & services
There are two bedrooms, one double with built-in wardrobes and one twin also with a built-in wardrobe.
The modern bathroom has a shower, full-size bath and shaving point.
The kitchen is well equipped with cooker, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, iron and ironing board. The lounge leads directly off the kitchen where there is a log burning fire for the winter months, comfortable sofas and a table and chairs for dining.
Fans are provided during the summer months.
Satellite television and a video player are provided as well as a portable radio cassette/CD player.
Outside there is a shower, a barbecue and outdoor furniture for dining or sunbathing.
All linen is provided (weekly) although we do recommend that you bring your own beach towels.
A cot and a highchair is available if required.

- It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.
- If at all suspicious of fraud, ask to see their website, or any other literature they can provide or send to you. Ask them for contact details for guests who have previously stayed on their property insisting on telephone numbers.
