Competa is a beautiful white village steeped in Moorish history and culture. Its location high in the Sierra Almijara affords it the most breathtaking scenery, with views from the mountains down to the sea, and on a clear day across the Mediterranean to the distant.

A self catering traditional village house, situated in the heart of this beautiful white washed Andalusian village famous for its wine and stunning scenery. The 60 minute drive from the airport rewards those wishing to relax in a friendly village atmosphere with local shops, excellent restaurants, and good tapas bars within the maze of cobbled streets. There is excellent walking and bird watching nearby.

The house has been reformed in keeping with the traditional style, original tiles and low ceilings remain. Comprising of one en suite double bedroom with shower. Lounge with television and video. Fully self catering equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, microwave, etc. There is a wash room with washer on the roof terrace.

The private roof terrace has stunning views, on a clear day it is possible to see all the way to Africa!
Car hire is recommended, but help with taxis or private pick up can be arranged if required.
