Overview
Our south facing villa is situated at Km9 on the A7207 Torrox/Competa Road. Approx 50 mins from Malaga airport. The lovely white village of Competa is only a ten minute drive away, whilst the sandy beaches of Torrox Costa and Nerja are within a 20/25mins drive.
The villa is furnished to a very high standard with a full new kitchen/ diner and also new en suite bathroom. All three bedrooms have ample wardrobe space (inc hangers), linen and towels are provided for the house - but not beach towels. A travel cot is also available if required. Double beds are in Main and second bedroom, whilst twin beds are in the third. There is also a family bathroom with bath/shower etc.
The villa has recently been tastefully re-decorated throughout to give a clean, bright feel in keeping with the surrounding area.
There are terraces for you to relax on with loungers and patio furniture provided. A BBQ is also provided for your use just in case you don't feel like venturing too far, although there is a bar/restaurant within a ten minute stroll.
The pool is freestanding, which makes it very child friendly , and a safety pool alarm is also supplied for your use.

Situated approx 50mins from Malaga airport on the A7207 Torrox /Competa Road at Km 9.
Casa Janeve is in a very peaceful/tranquil location with magnificent views of the mountains and valleys.
Ideally placed for walkers and cyclist's of all levels but for those of you who just want to stay and relax the villa has all the comforts you should need.
The Alhambra at Granada and the Sierra Nevada Mountains, are only 1.5 hours drive away and will provide even more entertainment for those of you who enjoy sightseeing and skiing. Golf courses and shopping centres are also within easy reach.
Alternatively the village of Competa is only a ten minute drive away and has the most wonderful restaurants and bars. A taxi from the villa costs approx 12 Euros if you all want to enjoy the local wines without the worry of the drive back.
The wonderful sandy beaches of Torrox Costa and the lovely coves at Nerja will provide children of all ages with as much entertainment as they need to keep them busy for many hours.

The villa has three good sized bedrooms. Two with double beds and one with twin. A travel cot is also available if required. All are supplied with linen and towels.
En suite has shower,sink, toilet and bidet, whilst the family bathroom has bath with shower above.
Furnished to a very high standard, and has fully equipped kitchen/diner to seat 6 comfortably. Fridge freezer, oven, hob and washing machine.
Being freestanding the swimming pool is very child friendly but still large enough for the whole family to enjoy. Also has underwater lights, so you can sit beside at night and enjoy the sunset views from the terrace.

Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud
