The apartment is situated in the North of Spain, in Cantabria, only 1km from Comillas beach and 1.3km from the centre of Comillas. It is a brand new estate called Lagos Azules. Very close to a 9-hole golf course (Rovacias). Ideally situated for cultural visits to places such as Comillas, San Vicente de la Barquera, Santillana del Mar, Santander. The prehistoric caves in Santillana, Puente Viesgo and the newly opened Soplao Cave. 40 mins from Santander and about 40 mins from the Picos de Europa, hiking, adventure sports. Comillas has all the necessary services, supermarkets, doctor's surgery, bars and restaurants. It is also the site for the future Hispanic Studies in the Universidad Pontificie.
