Situated in the centre of Chipiona and only 300 meters from the beach. This three bedroom, self catering, enchanting unit is fully equipped and sleeps six persons.
This two floor town house consists in three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The property is fully furnished and all the bedrooms have built in wardrobes.
The property is bright and modern, aimed at the holiday maker who needs the flexibility of self catering or eating out should you wish. Restaurants and are a three minute walk from your accommodation.
The main bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a bath tub.
All the bedrooms are situated on the 1st floor. On the second floor there is a roof terrace where you can sun tan.
The lounge is in the ground floor together with the fully fitted kitchen. Included there is a TV in the lounge.
The kitchen is fully equipped with electric hob, dishwasher, microwave, oven, iron, cutlery and all kind of cooking utensils.
Eating can be done indoors or on the patio that is located stepping out of the kitchen. This interioir patio has an outside shower where you can refresh and table and chairs where you can eat and relax yourself.
The unit is equipped with all linen including towels.
The property has a parking space in the garage for our clients use.
Chipiona has lovely beaches and many tourist attractions and museums.
