This south facing apartment is located in an beautiful development in Bahia de la Casares on the Casares Costa near Manilva, with views of the sea with the African coastline & Gibraltar.
The accommodation is on the first floor and consists of
2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, sleeping 4 with large terrace.
Comfortably furnished, there is a spacious lounge/dining room with two sofas and a dining table to seat 4 and a ceiling fan. A TV with freeview UK channels, DVD and stereo with a large selection of DVDs & CDs, in addition there is a wide selection of books for you to enjoy. Patio doors lead to the south facing terrace with a table & chairs and superb views to the sea.
The large double bedroom has fitted wardrobes and views to the sea. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a bath & shower. The twin bedroom also has fitted wardrobes. There is an additional WC with a bath & shower over.
A large fully fitted and equipped kitchen including dishwasher, microwave and utility room etc. everything you would expect at home.
There is a large swimming pool with a separate children's pool set in the landscaped gardens.

Duquesa is located between Estepona and Gibraltar and near to the towns of Sabinillas & Manilva. It is on the south west coast of spain,and therefore the climate is good all year round with approximately 320 days of sunshine every year, making it the perfect destination for golfers all year round and holiday makers alike. The apartment is located about an 8 minute walk from the beach. Here you will find a superb chiringuita (beach bar) which serves tradition Spanish & seafood dishes. A short drive will take you to the marina at Duquesa. The port of Duquesa has a wide selection of bars & restaurants, at night have a meal in one of the many and varied restaurants overlooking the water, English, Spanish, Italian, Chinese, Thai, American and Mexican, they are all here. They are all open all day and stay open until late at night.
