Overview
The apartment is located in a quiet urbanisation, within walking distance of beach in the municipality of Casares, in Andalucia,Costa Del Sol, just 10 minutes outside Estepona. The property has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, lounge and fully fitted kitchen.
It also has air conditioning, ceiling fans, TV (BBC, ITV, Euro Sport Ger, Kids Tv), DVD and games for the children. Both the lounge and master bedroom have access to a large sunny back terrace.The kitchen has access to a secluded front terrace, which has late evening sun and is ideal for those who like to dine outside.
Just a few yards a way are the communal pools, water fountains and tropical gardens. You can walk to the beach in approximately 10 minutes and in the summer months there is an excellent beach bar which serves lunchtime and evening meals.
The local beach is suitable for children and ideal for those who like taking long walks by the sea.You can walk for at least 30 mins towards Sabinillas and Puerto Duquesa or in the other direction towards Estepona.
There are also many other towns within the Costa Del Sol that are within easy driving distance, such as Casares town centre, San Pedro, Benahavis, Marbella and Puerto Banus.
Golf Courses
The closest golf courses are Finca Cortesin and Dona Julia (few minutes) Estepona (see below) and La Dequesa (Robert Trent Jones) both a 5-10min drive. Some of Spains other best golf courses can be reached within 20 mins, these include Valderrama, Sotogrande, Alcaidesa, Almenara & San Roque.
