Overview

This South facing apartment was completed in July 2005. It has a large balcony which overlooks the pool, it is serviced by a lift and has entry phone access – there is also a ramp for wheelchair users. All the rooms have ceiling fans & there is airconditioning in the lounge / diner which also keeps the bedrooms cool in those hot summer days. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer & washing machine. Satellite TV with over 30 channels inc sky sports & movie channels. There is 1 double & 1 twin bedroom both with fitted wardrobes The beautiful sandy beach is only a 10 min walk away where you can hire sunbeds & pedalos & is very safe for children. There are Bars and restaurants close by and also local markets.

Los Acazares has recently been awarded AAA from Spanish Tourist board for the best beaches. This is a lovely new apartment, with the benefit of the owners living 5 minutes walk away in case of problems.
