Overview
The Sea front Penthouse, has spectacular views. It boasts three spacious bedrooms and two recently refurbished bathrooms. Positoned in a peaceful area on the Beach. Supermarkets, shops, markets, and restaurants are a short stroll away.
Our clients never want to leave and has been described as a home from home. First reaction is simply Wow! The private roof terrace is over 200sq foot, and now has a large family bbq.
The space allows families to lounge around without being on top of each other. The view from the terrace looks onto the med to the front, then the pool and the tennis court to the side. There is a dinning table for over 6 people, positioned slightly in the shade,for those long lazy lunches, so it lends itself as great entertaining area. There is also an outside table and chairs, for two just off the master bedroom entrance onto the terrace.
There are also six private sun lougers on the terrace so you can relax and soak up the sun.
You have a direct a view of everything you need, the swimming pool, the kids pool, tennis court and not to forget the beach.

On leaving Alicante airport, first of all text steve, with the make and model of car you are driving, and which airport you are departing from, turn left out of car park and proceed straight on over flyover and head directly for Cartagena, then follow the directions from Murcia airport below after you have driven through two tolls., follow along the N332, which will take you past Murcia airport, then follow the directions below.
On leaving Murcia airport (San javier), at the main exit to the airport you will come to a round about, go staright accross heading for Cartagena, after about 5minutes you will come to another round about follow straight accross it under an underpass, then turn off the round about signed N332 TO Caratagena. Continue along this road for 12km and then turn of the junction sign posted Elgar - La Manga MU -312. Be careful when you merge with this road as there is no slip road so stop and look left, you will continue over a bridge and head for the motorway for La Manga.
The motorway continue directly into La Manga.After leaving the motorway towards La Manga the road will continue past a very tall thin monument with a large white ball on the top, this is the beginning of La Manga. The road is called the Gran Via, or the Strip. After approx 10 minutes you will climb a hill, please drive in the right hand lane, after descending the hill you will cross one set of trafic lights, then you will drive over a speed ramp, indicate right and turn off at the entrance to the Brown Building with Atalaya written on the side of it, it has a gated entrance.

Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud
It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:
- It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.
- If at all suspicious of fraud, ask to see their website, or any other literature they can provide or send to you. Ask them for contact details for guests who have previously stayed on their property insisting on telephone numbers. Be suspicious of emails that originate from free email services (yahoo, hotmail, gmail, etc)
- Research the property thoroughly on the internet to see if there is any history or mention of scams associated with the property.
