located only 300 meters from the beach in the holiday resort of Canet de Berenguer, 6 Kms from the historical town of Sagunto, 20Kms North of the City center of Valencia. The apartment has a communal swimming pool, as well as it’s own underground parking space. The house is part of a small complex of apartments, which are located close to Playa Alamarda, which is one of a small number of blue flag beaches(among the best in the mediteranian) in the area.

The house is part of a small complex of apartments, which are located close to Playa Alamarda, which is one of a small number of blue flag beaches(among the best in the mediteranian) in the area. People staying at the apartment can enjoy the great beach at the same time as visiting the historical Sagunto or Valencia ( Aquarium, museums, cathedral) the American's Cup is being held there at the moment.
