Overview

Luxury full furnished to a very high standard 3 bedroom 3 bathroom villa, with its own private kidney shaped 8mtr by 5mtr swimming pool, which is set in the lower garden and patio area, the second garden is set out for alfresco dining and relaxing. The villa has 3 bedrooms of which there are two on the lower floor, one full double with its own en-suite bathroom and one twin bedded room with it own btharoom next door, the third bedroom can be found on the first floor level with its own private en-suite bathroom with full bath & shower. From this bedroom the patio doors lead you out onto the roof top solarium where you can relax or sunbathe in total privacy, or just enjoy the vistas especailly dramatic in the evenings with the full mountain ranges in view. This is an ideal spot for that sundowner gin & tonic or glass of wine.
For the family there are many local beaches, restaurants, or golf, plus horseriding nearby or ten pin bowling should you find you have the energy, other than the activities, the area is popular for walking in the Sierra Espuna hills, which is great for a picnic when the weather gets that bit too hot by the pool.
This is a great area for families as it has everything. You do need to bring your beach towels and sun cream. There are two sets of right handed golf clubs available for your use in the villa, we can organise a round of golf for you, green fees, golf club hire, golf buggy hire, all you to do is play. Location & area

The villa is set on golf course SENSOL GOLF, which is on quiet urbanizacion called Camposol, which is in between Totana town and Mazarron town. The area is reknowned for all the fresh fruit and vegetables grown here, from olives to oranges, tomatoes to artichokes,and local fishing which means that eating out is a pleasure as everything is very fresh and in season. Many local dishes include sea bass, bream, salmon, all caught fresh, and served within hours. Wine is produced in this area as is virgin olive oil.
