The apartment is superbly located, being less than 200 metres from Calpe's main Arenal beach and even closer to shops, bars and restaurants. The main high street shops on the Gabriel Miro are only a short stroll away, as is Calpe's famous "old town".

There are 2 bedrooms, a double and a twin plus 2 good sized bathrooms. The kitchen is very well equipped and the utility room contains washing facilities.

Outside, the very large terrace has one sunbed, 2 reclining chairs and dining for 4 people. There is a large communal pool immediately below the apartment.
