Overview

A detached villa, with private swimming pool, set in pretty gardens with stunning views over countryside to the Sierra Bernia mountain range. Just 3 kms from Calpe with it's blue flag beaches and located in a well established and sought after residential area. Built in a traditional style with whitewashed walls, arched wooden windows and exposed beams, the villa has everything you will need for your stay with pleasantly styled rooms and neutral furnishings. Hot and cold air conditioning ensure the villa is comfortable to live in whatever the season and a wood burning fire adds that final touch for cosy winter evenings. There is lots of outside space, which provides a good degree of privacy for the house and gardens. Paved terraces surround our private kidney shaped pool, which is south east facing and has wonderful views over countryside to the local mountain ranges. There are sun beds and plenty of shady spots to chill out in or to snooze peacefully out of the mid summer sun. There is a BBQ and a shady Gazebo set with a table and chairs for alfresco poolside dining. Subtle garden lighting makes the terrace and pool area a pleasure to enjoy during the warm evenings. The house is highly recommended as a comfortable escape for a family summer holiday or for longer off peak stays on the Costa Blanca - a great base for those house hunting in the area or for retirees escaping the British winter!

The house is ideally suited to couples, families (children over 5 years only, please) and those wanting to stay in a peaceful area but with easy access to the excellent beaches and attractions of Calpe and the Costa Blanca. Built in 1988 in a traditional Spanish style, with pine window frames and doors, wooden beamed ceilings and attractive ironwork to many windows, the house is bright and airy.
Accommodation: The living area is open plan. The sitting room, with beamed ceiling and wood burning fire, has a colour TV that receives selected UK channels (BBC,ITV, Ch4) via a satellite service, a video, DVD and CD player. (We have a selection of CD's, DVD's, books, videos and board games but please do feel free to bring your own.)The traditional Castillian style dining table seats 6. French windows from the dining area lead to a sunroom, with lovely views ~ perfect for watching the sun set over the Sierras. There is a well equipped American style kitchen with fitted pine cupboards, granite worktops and everything you'll need to dine in style and comfort ~ dishwasher, fridge/freezer,electric oven, gas hob,microwave, toaster, coffee machine, juicer and more! 2 pretty pine furnished bedrooms - 1 twin and 1 double, both with fitted wardrobes, air conditioning, heating and ceiling fans complete the living accommodation.
