Overview

Villabella is located in the town of Calonge, close to the beach resort of St Antoni which has a long promenade to the port of Palamos. The house is on one level with a poolside patio(safety gate protected) and a grassy garden area. There is a covered verandah as well as an outdoor sun terrace. The house is modernised and fully equipped to a high standard.

Location & area

Villa Bella is located in the peaceful urbanisation of Vizcondado de Cabanyes, near the unspoilt medieval town of Calonge, and the seaside resort of St Antoni. The property sits in the Gavarres hills where there are many hiking trails. From the terrace there are views across hills to the sea. It is just 40 minutes from Girona airport and 90 minutes from Barcelona and an easy drive from the French border near Perpignan.
A long coastline of wide sandy beaches and rocky coves provide bathing in the wonderful climate. Art and culture in Barcelona and Figueres and numerous medieval towns provide excellent sightseeing opportunities. There are good shops, colourful daily markets and a wide choice of restaurants in local towns.
