Fabulous 3 bed villa overlooking the golf course. Lovely sea views. Professionally landscaped private garden. Well equipped with all the comforts of home, lovely private communal pool in landscaped gardens.



Located 50 metres from the 18th tee of the Golf Course. Guests at the villa may avail themselves of many of the facilities at the 5* Elba Golf Hotel within the golf resort - 2 minute walk form the house. The facilites at the Elba Golf include the golf course (buggy and club hire available), tennis (fee payable), gym and jacuzzi (fee payable)

Location & area

The villa is ideally located in the upmakret Golf Resort just 2 kms from Caleta de Fuste. The town of Caleta is purpose built (but don't let that put you off - there is still local charm in abundance!)Caleta is primarily a family resort, there is a wide variety of places to eat ranging from small pavement cafes to larger restaurants offering Canarian, Spanish,Portugeuse, Chinese, Indian, English etc fare. Nightlife is low key and tends to centre around the usually nightly spectacular in the hotels.



The beach at Caleta is man made using sand imported from the Sahara and is a pleasant horseshoe shaped and very safe environment for young children. At the Caleta marina you can find a wide variety of watersports including pedalo hire, jetski, scuba diving, dolphin watching boats etc.



The villa is just 1.5 km from the Atlantico Centre which is a Commercial Centre housing a good variety of up market shops plus a large Padrillo Supermarket which stocks a wide range of fresh vegetables, fish, meat etc if you prefer to cook or barbecue at home

The 2nd bedroom upstairs has a private balcony with views of the mountains to the read. Two bath/shower rooms (one upstairs one downstairs). Ampple seating for 6 guests in the open plan living area.



Room fans in all bedrooms, plus mosquito nets to enable windows to be left open during the warm evenings!
