Overview
This lovely two bedroom house comes with a private heated swimming pool and stunning views over Caleta de Fuste.
Situated on a hill known locally as Chipmonk Mountain overlooking the town, it is in a quiet location perfect for a relaxing holiday. The views over Caleta to the sea, the harbour and the golf course are superb.
Imagine lounging by your own pool enjoying a cool drink and taking in those views...
The house comes with two twin bedrooms and a maid service twice a week. There is also a safety deposit box and laundry service is available.
The well equipped kitchen has a microwave, hob and oven and all the utensils you will need.
The well furnished lounge has a television with a DVD, a selection of films and opens on to the private pool - perfect for those lazy afternoons and evenings.
The house is about a 20 minute walk from the beach and a further 5-10 minutes will take you to the town centre.
Local facilities are nearer at hand. The Montecastillo centre with its choice of entertainment, bars, restaurants and mini-markets is about 12 minutes walk away.
Taxis are cheap and readily available to bring you back from the town to your holiday home. Alternatively, a mini-train runs regularly all the way from the harbour to the Montcastillo Centre and only costs one Euro.
Please add 30 Europs/week if you wish the pool to be heated.
