Overview
This is a spectacular golf villa available to rent on the brand new Las Salinas golf course. The villa is located in Caleta de Fuste, Fuerteventura.
Entering the villa you are presented with a lovely spacious hall area that opens on to the lounge. From here there are two sets of patio doors, one leading directly out onto pool terrace and the other leading to a pergola covered patio area.
The patio area is fantastic with ample space for lounging in the sun and it is finished off with a huge 10m x 4m heated pool which is heated for those winter months, there is also a seperate outside shower area which is solar heated.
The outside area has a large quality dining table and stone canarian BBQ perfect for the al fresco dining experience, while during the day there are quality sunbeds for you to use.
There are stairs on the side of the villa which lead up to a private and secluded sun-terrace or sunbathing area. This area offers fantastic views of the golf course, the ocean and surrounding area.
The garden area is landscaped with a great range of shrubs, tropical plants and earthenware pots.
Back inside the villa you have an immaculate lounge/diner with two leather settee's, a coffee and sideboard. For your entertainment there is a TV with BBC 1, 2, ITV, C4 and C5 and a DVD player.
The sideboard contains a full range of drinking glasses and ample storage. To compliment this area there is also a large dining table for 6 persons.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with a range of floor and wall cupboards, granite worktops, sink with drainer and breakfast bar. The kitchen offers a Tall fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave oven and dishwasher.
There is a full range of cooking equipment including kettle, toaster, coffee-maker, pots pans, cutlery, plates etc.
The 3 double bedrooms are set away from the lounge, the two twin bedrooms share a lovely bathroom which offers a shower, toilet and quality washbasin with vanity lights and mirror.
The bedrooms themselves have quality single beds with a double fitted wardrobes, bedside tables and ceiling fans.
The master suite is set away from the the twin bedrooms and offers its on hall with a gorgeous en-suite bathroom which has a bath with shower, toilet and luxurious wash basin with vanity lights and mirror.
The master suite has a double bed with fitted wardrobes, bedside tables, ceiling fan and a secure safe.
All the bedrooms have double glass doors that open onto the garden area.
Towels and linen are provided and the villa is cleaned on a weekly basis.
