The holiday home is furnished with all comforts, very cosy and decorated into the finest details. There are 4 twin bedrooms of which 3 with en-suite bathroom. The house stands on 1 hectare of land with fruit trees and several areas to sit and enjoy the outdoors. There is a private swimming-pool (sun-heated). From the terrace there is a superb view of the area called Baix Empordá. Baix Empordá is a real paradise for lovers of good cuisine: you will find all sorts of good restaurants in the area. The region is sometimes called " The Golden Triangle", after its many golden beaches and bays. It's obvious: this region offers a variety of activities. You can visit the cities of Gerona and Barcelona, or discover the little fishermen's towns like Palafrugell and Palamós. There is an indoor swimming-pool 5km. away. All in all, The villa is the perfect place for a family holiday.
