Overview

It is about an old 1.5 ha catalan domain (XVIIIth century) renovated for becoming a charming B&B.
It is located in the countryside, close to Girona city, just one hour away from Barcelona, half an hour from the Costa brava beaches, very close from famous golf practices as well as from the local thermal village of Caldes de Malavella. There are lots of sport and cultural activities nearby as well as many activities for kids.
The accomodation in a nutshell : there are four spacious rooms, one big swimming pool where you get a spectacular view on the countryside and a common big room with a brand new kitchen, dining tables, television.
Special attention towards energy-efficient systems :green own electricity, treated sanitarian water, economy lamps, no chemical products in the swimmingpool.
Renting include healthy breakfast made of natural homemade products as well as local bio products.
