On an elevated site, Calahonda is one of the established resort/residential areas with great facilities, to the west of Malaga heading towards Marbella. With easy access to the magnificent Mediterranean motorway, Malaga's exceptionally well served airport is less than 25 minutes drive.

Within a few minutes drive are the local beaches, shops, supermarkets, restaurants and bars and within about 15 minutes drive is bustling Fuengirola, the quaint hillside village of Mijas and Fashionable Marbella.

Through the gated entrance and once at your building, you will find the basement garage with your own parking space and lift to the first floor.

With the whole of Andalucia to explore you are also just a 2 hour drive from the Sierra Nevada Ski resort open November until April you can ski or snow board at europe´s southern most ski resort!



Superb beaches are within a five minutes drive and Cabopino is an attractive and tranquil harbour served by excellent restaurants and bars. Also within 20 minutes is the remowned Puerto Banus. The charming and fascinating village of Mijas is close by.

Within a easy drive are the white villages, and a litle further lie historic cities: Granada, Seville, Cordoba, Ronda, Cadiz, Jerez - much closer is the provincial capital Málaga home to the Picasso Museum and one of the most thriving and bustling cities in Southern Europe.



Fuengirola is just 15 minutes away and offers everything incuding a Zoo, tours of the city on the tourist train, animated and varied entertainment areas of night time to romantic rides in a horse-drawn carriage.
