Calahonda has built itself up over the past 10 or so years. Very ideally placed for tourists with 2 shopping centres, plenty of bars and restaurants, English style nightlife and even an Irish butchers!
On the bus route from Fuengirola to Marbella, taxis are abundant and a couple of the restaurants cater especially for children with entertainers throughout the season.
