Large Terrace( 80m2) with lovely sea views,built in BBQ, 6 sunbeds and a large patio table and chairs, perfect for alfresco dining!Fabulous gated complex, offering 4 swimming pools, 2 childrens pools and beautiful gardens. The apartment has an underground private car parking space, with direct lift access to the apartment. Apartment is airconditioned and has heating. 5 minute walk to local shop and restaurants, 5 minute drive to fabulous golden beaches and main shopping area.

Location & area

The apartment is a 5 minute walk to a local well staocked small supermarket and to 3 nice restaurants. There are several fabulous beaches only a 5 minute drive away. The beach can be walked to in 20 minutes.

we are only 20 minutes from Malaga airport, and 15 minutes into Old Marbella, with its lovely cobbled streets and churches.
For the children, the Mijas water park is a 15 minute drive, as is fuengirola zoo, RThe Selwoo Aquarium and the Selwoo Sagfari park, whick is great fun is approximately 25 minutes away.

The beautiful world Heritage site of Rhonda is an hours scenic drive up in the mountains, Gibralta is also 1 hour away and Grenada, with the fabulous Alhambra palace is only 2 hours away.
