The property is comfortably furnished and situated approximately 250m away from the nearest local shops and 2000m away for the center of Calahonda so a car is essential for this holiday apartment.

There are two good sized bedrooms with ample hanging space and the rooms are bright and airy.

There kitchen is seperate and well equipped for a self catering holiday with all the appliances you may expect and there is also a seperate utility room.

Located just 2000m from Calahonda which is a busy resort and has gradually picked up over the years in the holidays rankings. You can find everything you need to make your holiday a peaceful retreat and make this your own treasure island, or you can have the benefit of both quiet and the hustle ab=and bustle of the coast, a tourist road train runs up to the resort and then down into Calahonda quite regularly during normal working hours and can be a pleasant way of spending the day in Calahonda, however for the beach and other trips you definitely need a hire car.
