The Courtyard Apartment
Originally storage for the fruit and vegetables grown on site, the courtyard apartment is situated at the rear of the property and it is full of character and charm.
It has been tastefully reformed into an independent spacious apartment with high vaulted ceilings, which gives it lots of character and a rustic feel.
The lounge has a fire place with log burner, sattelite tv with DVD, music system. There are two good size bedrooms, one en-suite, plus a family size bathroom and a utility room. Most rooms have hot and cold air-conditioning units and mosquito nets at the window.
The apartment has its own courtyard with seating area. The large kitchen/diner is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, toaster, microwave, dishwasher etc.

As most spanish homes are fitted with rejas, (bars at the windows) for your safety and peace of mind there is a fire exstinguisher/blanket plus two exits as well as the front door.he villa is close to all local amenities including shops, bars, restaurants, tennis and riding. Chiclana town centre 4km. Beach 5kms. Nearest supermarket 1.5km. Supersol and a Mercadona. Nearest Venta 1km. Nearest commercial centre of Bahia Sur San Fernando 12km. There is also a medical centre in Chiclana Town, where English is spoken.

Jerez Airport 40 minutes. Sevilla Airport 1 hour 40. Malaga Airport 2hrs 30. Gibraltar Airport 1 hour 30. Car hire recommended, however, we also operate a private transport service and are available for tours and visits to nearby tourist attractions.
