Light and airy 80m2 casita situated in the grounds of a of a large 200 year family estate, on the Carretera Vieja de Bunyola, only 9km north of Palma de Mallorca, and within 10 minutes drive of both Bunyola and Santa Maria del Cami. The extensive grounds included both tennis court and swimming pool completely fenced with electronically controlled gate entry.
Completely renovated in 2003, the casita has a large open plan kitchen and dining room, with patio doors leading on to a small private walled garden. Large double bedroom, complete bathroom, and a second single bedroom .
Open veranda, and fenced garden, for dining outside and private parking next to the property. Use of the pool and tennis courts in the grounds.
