Overview

Casa Bonita is a modern detached villa situated within a peaceful residential development on the outskirts of the Spanish village of Benitachell,and mid way between the resorts and beaches of Moraira and Javea. Built in a typically Spanish 'pueblo' style on two levels, the villa is enclosed within its own plot, and has a private pool for the exclusive use of guests. The main entrance is adjacent to the private gated parking.The villa is beautifully furnished in a bright modern style and is immaculately presented.Accommodation in the villa comprises a bright and comfortable open plan lounge/dining room, a modern well equipped kitchen, and an additional cloakroom. A covered upper terrace just off the lounge, provides an additional seating and dining area from which to take in the magnificent open views across the countryside towards the distant mountains. An internal staircase leads down to the 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.( There is also an external staircase from the main entrance to the villa to the sun terrace and pool)
Two bedrooms open out on to the villa's large pool terrace with its 8x4m pool , poolside shower, patio furniture, sunbeds and parasols.Amenities in the villa include a TV (with Spanish channels and Free to View satellite channels in English, a DVD player with a large selection of films. CD player,washing machine iron etc, hairdryer, personal safe and monitored alarm system. The property has underfloor heating for the cooler months. We have local representation for guest convenience. The prices quoted for the villa are fully inclusive.

Location & area

The Villa is ideally located to take advantage of the two resorts and beaches of Moraira and Javea,both a ten minute drive by car. The local village of Benitachell has a range of amenities,shops, banks doctors and restaurants. The Cala Moraig beach of benitachell which is the closest beach to the villa is a 5 minute drive. There are three restaurants and a large supermarket within one and a half kilometres of the villa. Tennis courts are a five minute stroll away. There is also a covered heated pool in Benitachell, again just 5 minutes from the villa. An extra bonus during the winter months.



Javea 9 hole golf course is a five minute drive, More challenging opportunites can be found at La Sella or Oliva Nova a 30 -40 minute drive. Theme Parks and water parks can be found in the Benidorm area 35 minutes away.

Two of the bedroom have king sized double beds and 1 bedroom has 2 singles. The villa sleep six persons comfortably. all bedrooms have double wardrobes and ceiling fans. All 3 bedrooms are the same size.

There are two separate bathrooms for maximum flexibility and an additional cloackroom with WC and washhand basin.

Linen and towels are provide for the number of persons specified on the booking form and will be changed for guests on a two week stay. Cots can be arranged. Pool and beach towels are not provided.
