XAYMACA is a magnificent Spanish holiday home located on the edge of a small rural village just 20 mins. inland from Denia and its fabulous beaches on the Costa Blanca. Surrounded by orange groves, this beautifully restored self catering vacacion home, has 4 large ensuite bedrooms, 2 spacious lounges with fireplaces and comfy sofas, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. Outdoors, there is an enclosed patio with a fountain, ideal for al-fresco meals. This area leads up to the garden, fruit orchard, large swimming pool, porch and barbecue area. The house also has a private parking lot. Located in a tranquil location, with panoramic views of the countryside, yet near to many outdoor activities such as walking, cycling, climbing, golf, watersports, birdwatching etc. and historic places of interest, it is the perfect place to spend a special rural holiday in Spain.
