Overview
EL SEQUER is a beautifully restored farmhouse converted into a comfortable self-catering holiday accommodation, ideal for small families or couples. It has 2 double bedrooms, one with queensized bed and the other with twin beds. There is one full bathroom with whirlpool bath, hairdryer, firstaid cabinet and welcome amenities.
The spacious and sunny lounge and dining room has a wood burning stove, comfortable sofa and armchairs and overlooks the garden and valley. There is a well equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, stove/oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffeemaker and many other small appliances, flatware and glasses.
The cottage has heating and airconditioning, TV, DVD, hifi/CD system, bed and bath linen and lots of information on the area.
Outside, there is a shady terrace with magnificent views of the valley and mountains. Private garden and swimming pool, barbecue area and fruit orchard. Two mountain bikes, a covered parking area and poolside furniture complete this perfect haven for either a relaxing or activity filled vacation. The choice is yours.
Close to sandy beaches near Denia on Alicante's Costa Blanca Coast.
