Overview

The location is excellent as it is on the edge of Benidorm, just a 20-minute walk to the resort or 5 mins in the car. A bus also stops close by & runs every half hour at a cost of 40p, a late night Taxi is 6 Euros. The Villa has totally private, secluded grounds & a private pool with an outside shower room & toilet . This is totally enclosed at the bottom of the plot and is very suitable for young children. We have just laid astro turf beyond the pool next to the summer kitchen. The main bedroom has an en suite with twin sinks and bath/shower. There is a family bathroom with bath/shower with constant hot water from a gas boiler & central heating. The lounge/dining room is extremely large & has TV with Satellite, DVD & Video. The kitchen is fully equipped with a Microwave, Cooker, Dishwasher, Kettle, Toaster & fridge/freezer. The outside of the property has a drive way & a built in BBQ.
