This lovely and very spacious 2 bedroom detached VILLA is available for short term rentals during the winter months between October and April. The Villa is situated at the end of a quiet cul de sac in the Entre Naranjos y Flores Urbanisation. A private driveway has parking for 2 or more cars. There is a private pool with plenty of seating area and sun loungers provided, covered terraces, two spacious lounges, one with woodburning fire, kitchen with appliances, dining room, 2 bedrooms, one with en-suite facilities, family bathroom and dressing room. The Villa has superb sea views and private gardens and must be viewed to appreciate the quality furnishings and property size offered.

Entre Naranjos y Flores Urb, Alfaz del Pi is within easy access of Benidorm for its fabulous beaches and extraordinary nightlife. The beaches of Albir and Altea are close by.This area of the Costa Blanca seems to be sheltered against the winter weather because of the mountains protecting the area from the bad weather.

There is a covered and furnished terrace to the front, a further covered and uncovered terrace to the side which is also furnished and a rear garden providing an additional seating area. The side private garden is terraced and filled with mature tropical plants and palms, is irrigated and has a gardener who attends regularly.
