Overview

BUILT IN 2005. Apartments with two bedrooms one with two single beds and the other with a double bed. There is a living room with a sofa bed for two people, two bathrooms and kitchen. There is also a balcony with views over the Mediterranean (see photos). The apartments have a swimming pool with green areas and a child’s play area plus paddle tennis. The gym and sauna are subject to the regulations of the community. Television and washing machine included in the price. There is a supplement for garage/parking space, when available, and rental of a safety deposit box. The apartment sleeps 4/6 people.
Price includes, change of linen (towels and sheets) weekly,
electricity and maintenance. There is a refundable breakage deposit to pay of €150. Prices are based on 7 night stays if less than 7 nights there is a supplement of between €62 - €50.

GEMELOS XXIV - 2 BEDROOMS. The apartments are situated 100 mts from the beach in La Cala, Finestrat. The area consists of numerous bars, restaurants and shops. It is also fairly close to the shopping centre “La Marina”, “Carrefour hipermarket”, and “Terra Mítica” theme park.
From 30 April 2007 until 31st October 2007 and for stays of minimum 7 nights, Folies Vacances has the pleasure in giving a welcome bottle of champagne in each of our apartments plus 2 invitation tickets to the famous theme parks “Aqualandia” or “Mundomar”, which you can find on the web at Folies Vacances wishes the very best for our clients. If you are a golf lover, on the out skirts of Benidorm there are 13 Golf courses, which we are sure will satisfy you.

  • It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.
