Overview

BUILT IN 2005 –These tourist apartments are one bedroom and have two single beds. They consist of living/dinning room, with a sofa bed for 2 people, a complete bathroom and kitchen. They also have a terrace with sea views where you can admire the Meditterean sea (see photo). The tourist apartments also have a swimming pool with grass areas; children play area and paddle court. There is a gymnasium and sauna which comes under the control of the community. There is a television and washing machine in each apartment and you can also hire a safety deposit box for your personal use. There is parking depending on availability at a small charge. The apartment sleeps maximum 4 persons.
Prices include a change of linen weekly (sheets and towels) electricity and maintenance. There is a refundable breakage deposit of €100. Prices are based on 7 night stays if you wish to book less than 7 nights there is a supplement of between €54- €42.

GEMELOS XXIV - The tourist apartments Gemelos XXIV are situated in La Cala de Finestrat, Benidorm in “Avenida Rosa del Vents”. They are situated in a very privileged position surrounded by bars, restaurants, shops, banks etc.

Near to this magnificent bay is “Carrefour”, a large hypermarket, plus a large shopping centre with numerous shops and boutiques, a children play section and 8 cinemas, and of course not forgetting Terra Mitica the big theme park.

From 30 April 2007 until 31st October 2007 and for stays of minimum 7 nights, Folies Vacances has the pleasure in giving a welcome bottle of champagne in each of our apartments plus 2 invitation tickets to the famous theme parks “Aqualandia” or “Mundomar”, which you can find on the web at Folies Vacances wishes the very best for our clients whilst on holiday in Benidorm, Costablanca.

Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud
