Overview

Two-storey villa nestled between the coast and mountains in the exclusive La Capellania development. An oasis of calm also convenient to some of the best restaurants in the world, renowned golf courses and tennis clubs, fabulous shopping, elegant spas, and lively nightlife.



The private pool is maintained weekly, and has a 'rinse-shower' adjacent to it. Views from the pool extend out to the horizon over the Med, and up in to the mountains.



Further terraces wrap around the property, including a barbeque area with brick built stove, mandarin and lemon fruit trees, and a lunch terrace with an unspoilt 180° view of the coast. Ample cushioned garden furniture ready for your arrival.



Accommodation consists of Master Suite with en suite and dressing room, a further double en suite with large sun terrace, and two double rooms sharing one bathroom.



On the ground floor is a large sitting room with real log burner, TV, Sky, Video; a dining room comfortably seating eight adults; well equipped, large modern kitchen, laundry and wash room. All are decorated to the highest of standards with Super-King size beds, huge sofas, and hand-made floor tiles. Full maid and laundry service available - tailored to individual requirements.
