Overview

Two bedroom apartment close to Benalamedena on the Costa del Sol. Superb price for such a well furnished property ideal for families and golfers alike. Close to the Costa del Golf and also near to Mijas Waterpark, Tivoli World, SeaLife Centre and Selwo Animal Park. Turn left for lively Fuingerola and right for glitzy Puerto Banus. This offers the best of both from the pueblo ideal for tapas down to the port for fine dining. The beach at Torrequebrada is sandy and safe while onsite there are two pools with one fenced for the smaller children. The grounds themselves are a haven of peace with sea views and it is a gated community too. This is the ideal location from which to explore all the Costa del Sol offers!

Location & area

There are numerous award winning golf courses in the surrounding area including 'Torrequebrada' Championship Golf Course at the bottom of the hill just before the exciting Hotel Torrequbrada Casino. Benalmadena Golf which is situated at the top of the road has it's own Golf Driving Range, 18 hole Pitch & Putt course and a welcoming cafe/bar.

The nearest beach and the popular 'Tivoliworld' Theme Park are only five minute drive away from the Apartment. The neighbouring Town of Aroya de la Miel, with it's many bars, shops and restuarants adjoins Benalmadena and the Pueblo with its village of white washed houses lies on top of the hill. There is also plenty of nightlife to be found in Benalmadena Costa, before venturing to glitzy Puerto Banus about 10 mins away by car.

Benalmadena offers wonderful marina where dinner and a stroll make for a lovely evening. Benalmadena Costa is ideally situated between the popular tourist resorts of Torremolinos and Fuengirola and the golden mile surrounding Marbella and Puerto Banus is a short drive away.

The apartment's location is perfect being only a twenty minutes drive along the Motorway from Malaga Airport. There is an excellent road, rail & bus service nearby linking the apartment to all the attractions.

There are many places to visit with the children beyond the super beaches and watersports such as Tivoli World Theme Park, wild animal park at Selwo, sealife centre in Benalmadena, aqua park at Mijas. There are cable car rides and boat trips. For the more adventurous a visit to Gibraltar or Morocco is a must.
