This superior, small, modern block of nine apartments are ideal for a couple or a family who like to feel at home whilst on holiday. High quality brand new furnishings. Quality beds (latex and spring) and top quality full size sofabed. Fans, heater, kettle, toaster, hairdryer, picnic equipment, beachloungers, parasol, videos, jigsaws, books, iron & ironing board, satellite tv, washing machine, all for your convenience. Security entrance and private intercom give you peace of mind. Shutters to the patios for both shade and security.
Once through the main door, just five steps lead up to the apartment, yet the terrace is high enough to give you good sea views. Spacious hallway with doors separating the lounge from the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. Private parking for those who drive, but a car is not essential as the bus and train services are cheap and excellent.

The nearest supermarket is a 10 minute walk. Train station 20 minute walk and the airport 20 minute taxi ride. Minutes away by bus, from the "buzz" yet peaceful enough to get a good nights sleep! Walk along the clifftop walkways to the centre of Benalmadena, stopping at the viewing points along the way to watch the sunset
