Overview

The apartment is very comfortably furnished and well equipped and there is a marvelous free form pool, gardens and tennis court. They also offer superb value.

The views are wonderful and the location is superb - close to the bars and restaurants yet quiet and peaceful.

You have everything for a most enjoyable holiday and indeed many guests return year after year

Less than 10 minutes walk from the centre Benahavis and in a tranquil setting La Pacheca could not be better located. In the village you will find banks, a pharmacy, a couple of general food stores, a butchers and a few other small shops and galleries, plus of course the restaurants for which the village is famous.

There are many lovely walks in the area and the beautiful scenery ofers many wonderful opportunities for artists.

Many golf courses and beaches are only a few minutes drive away - perfect for a holiday.

Glamorous and cosmopolitan Puerto Banus is about 15 minutes in the car and chic Marbella just 5 minutes further on.

This one bedroom apartment has been fitted with a new bathroom and kitchen,finished to a very high standard including granite worktops.

The development is a typical Andalucian pueblo style with enchanting patios and fountains and has a superb pool surrounded by gardens and a tennis court. There is a lovely atmosphere.
