Detached modern villa with private swimming pool and sea view and view of the mountains, located near Begur on the Costa Brava. The villa is located in a quiet urban area and in very comfortably furnished and equipped with all facilities. Only a few minutes away by car you will find the beaches of Sa Riera and Pals, and the centre of Begur is not far away from the villa. The medieval village of Pals, the beach at Aiguablava and the shopping centre of Palafrugell are only a 5 minute drive away. Distance to Barcelona approx. 140 km. The villa is accessible via a stairway. The villa is equipped with its own driveway and a garage where you can park your car.
