Overview

An old religious residence, converted in the summer of 2004 for rural tourism and consisting of apartments separate from the owners' house.

Situated in one of the most beautiful parts of the the district of La Safor, in the residential development of La Drova, some 400 metres above sea level and lying in gorgeous countryside at the foot of Monte Monduver.

El Somni House has grounds of 3,900 sq. m., a 5x10 m swimming pool offering wonderful views of the nearby mountains as well as a sun terrace with parasols, a viewing point, pine groves, a large covered porch with garden furniture and a table tennis table, etc.
The apartment has a shared arcaded porch with outdoor furniture - the ideal place to sit and chat or enjoy a quiet read.

The apartment also has:

- Large terraces offering superb views.
- Landscaped areas - a pine grove with a table and stone benches - a wide variety of trees (olive, almond and walnut trees, etc.) - A 10x5 m swimming pool with a 200 sq. m. sun terrace.

 La Drova is easily accesible from the main A-7 motorway at junctions 60 (from
Valencia) and 61 (from Alicante). Valencia is 80 km. distance.

 2 km. distance to the village of Barx offering shops, bank and restaurants.
