Overview

The Amparo apartment is a spacious apartment located in the very popular `barrio' Barceloneta, and it is ideally situated in between the old harbor of Port Vell and the beach. The walking distance to the old harbor is a mere 2 minutes walk and the beach is not more than an easy 5 to 10 minutes walk from the apartment.

The city center is also near as the hip area of El Born is only 5 minutes away from the apartment and the Old City (Casc Antic) can be reached within 10 minutes walking.

Amparo is situated in an old, typical Barceloneta building and is located on the 4th floor without elevator. Due to the floor level the apartment is very light inside, and it is quiet compared to lower level apartments.

The apartment has several rooms and has all the facilities one can wish for, including TV and air-conditioning. The apartment is very well maintained and especially the bathroom, with bath, and the living-kitchen are spacious and comfortable.

The cozy living room has a diner table, a large sofa, and a TV. There is a large master bedroom with plenty of closed space, and one other room with a double bed. Additionally there is a smaller room with a single bed.

The surrounding area is fabulous, just on the corner you can find one of Barceloneta`s most famous cafés, and there are plenty of nice restaurants in the neighborhood.

All in all, this apartment brings value for money. Comfortable, a large kitchen and bathroom, several comfortable bedrooms, and a cozy living room, and ideally situated between the beach and the city center.
