Situated in the old Sailors District of Barceloneta, this modern air-conditioned apartment is located beside Barcelona�s famous beaches and port area.

The designer has made innovative use of the colours & furnishings so that this apartment utilizes the natural light all year round, making this apartment ideal for a relaxing holiday or for business or pleasure.

This one bedroom apartment of 30 square meters is situated on the ground floor, the apartment is compact but includes everything necessary.

The location of this apartment is perfect for people either on foot, metro or bicycle with being only a few minutes to the beach & 10 minutes from the lively Ramblas.

The area is one of the most famous for it�s small buildings and narrow stairs which preserve the charm of the ancient constructions. Also famous in the area are the seafood restaurants & bars which are in abundance.

Other places of interest close by are the History Museum of Catalunya, the Barceloneta Beach & the Olympic Port.
