This beautiful roof top apartment was completely renovated recently and is located in the heart of one of the most exclusive residential points of Barcelona. It is a short walking distance from the old city and the Plaza Catalunya. The Barcelona Ritz hotel is just across the street and the Paseo de Gracia avenue is just 2 blocks away. The "Paseo de Gracia" Metro station is 2 minutes walk and the main train station in "Plaza Catalunya" 4 minutes walk from the apartment. Although it is located in the very centre of the city this apartment is completely noiseless, as it looks to the interior part of the building.



The apartment has 45 m2 and there is a direct access from the living room to a lovely terrace of 20 m2. The apartment has 1 double bedroom with double bed and the living room has a double sofa-bed. There is a completely equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom (with shower). Both the living room and the bedroom enjoy plenty of natural sun light.

The apartment is completely equipped with everything you need for having a most pleasant stay. There is air condition unit, Plasma TV with cable TV, DVD, telephone line and Internet ADSL line. Linens and towels are also provided. This apartment is great option for your accommodation in Barcelona.
