Overview

This apartment is all about location Calle Portaferrissa literally means "the street of the iron gate" and the mouth of the street was the entrance to the old city, holding a great iron gate. The fountains which let the horses drink after a hard journey still work, and this is the start of your wonderful journey through the Gothic Quarter.
The actual apartment is 4th floor with no elevator and has 2 bedrooms - one large bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. The second bedroom is smaller and has a single bed. The bathroom has a shower, toliet and sink with mirror. There is a dining area, and a double sofa bed for relaxing during the day, or sleeping at night. The kitchen has a washing machine, hob, oven and everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Step outside your front door to "Calle Puertaferissa" - one of the busiest shopping streets in the city, with many designer shops as well as art and craft shops, and things you won’t find anywhere else.

The location is right in the heart of the Gothic Quarter with the city’s Cathedral a 5 minute walk away, Las Ramblas – the city’s famous boulevard – is just a 3 minute walk. From here walk down Las Ramblas to take you to the port and the Harbour. Walk up Las Ramblas, and you’ll find the city’s main square, Placa Catalunya and from here, the famous Gaudi buildings.
