Beautifull 2 bedroom apartment of typical beginning of the century architecture (high ceiling with wood beams, large size windows, original mosaic floor...). Has been completely renovated and redecorated recently. Wonderfuly located in the very centre of the city, in the gothic quarter, just 20 meters from the famous Ramblas avenue and 3 minutes walk to Plaza Catalonia. This apartment has 70 m2, very well distributed between 2 double bedrooms and specius livingroom with open kitchen. Its 5 large windows in the livingroom allows plenty of sun light in the apartment and enhance the feeling of space. Altough located in the very centre of the city this apartment is completely quiet and tranquil, as it is facing a pedestrian street located between the Ramblas and Petrixol street. It is completely equipped: TV, stereo, air condition/heat, washing machine, full kitchen, linens and towels are always included (in all our apartments). Excellent choice for families, business men and couples visiting the city for the first time.
