Small 2 bedroom apartment completely refurbished since end of 2005. It is very well located in the heart of the Gothic quarter in the old centre and 2 minutes walk to Las Ramblas. The apartment has 2 large bedroom one with double bed and another with 2 single bed. The living room is small but practical. The apartment is equipped with AC and heat, complete kitchen, TV and stereo, clean linens and towels. The apartment in 5th floor (without an elevator) and is very sunny and quiet, as it is high floor and looking in to the back part of the building.
