Overview

Apartment Floorplan A spacious, newly refurbished and furnished second floor apartment which can accommodate up to 7 people. It is well located on a quiet road, just a one minute walk to the Ramblas and close to the Port, the Cathedral and other attractions. This lovely apartment is one of most popular apartments we offer. The main reason for this is its capacity to accommodate up to 7 persons in a comfortably as well as its excellent location in the heart of the old city of Barcelona, just 3 minutes walk to Las Ramblas, near the port and 10 minutes to Plaza Catalunya (Pl. Catalonia), the main square of Barcelona. It is a large size apartment (90 m2) and has two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom is a suite with it own bathroom (bath tab). The other bedroom is a small double bedroom. Two connecting living areas allow for the creation of a third bedroom screened for privacy and containing a double sofa bed and chair bed. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped and the living area contains a TV and Hi Fi. The apartment benefits from air conditioning in the living area and in the suite, air fans, double glazing windows (to ensure the quests tranquility) and elevator access. The kitchen is completely equipped. Great option for your holiday apartments in Barcelona!
