Overview

Sunny penthouse (ref 18) located in a very quiet and safe district of Barcelona. Only 20 minutes walking to the famous Passeig de Gracia /Diagonal street where you can enjoy all the exclusive designer shops and restaurants offering "haute cuisine". The wood floors give it a warm and hospitable feeling and airconditioning make it a good choice for spring and summer. This flat is well suited for families because of its location and equipment.
The apartment has a well equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, a bedroom with double bed (1.60 m x 2.00) and another bed room with two single beds. Towels, bed-sheets and blankets are included in the price. There is also a washing-machine, an iron, TV, hot and cold air-conditioning. From the large terrace which belongs exclusively to this apartment you have a wonderful view. The area is well connected by public transport. Minimum rental is 3 nights. Final cleaning is included but a deposit of 150� is necessary. There is an extra fee for utilities (water and electricity) of 100 � for rental periods longer than 30 days.
