Overview

The apartment has a balcony leading out from the living room which looks onto the main street Diagonal.

This apartment can accommodate up to 6 people with a double bed in a suit, one double bedroom and a double pull out sofa bed in the living room.

There are two modern and stylish bathrooms, with a lovely shower unit each. The dining table is accommodated in the living/dining room with seating for 6 people.

This apartment has plenty of natural light coming through the large wall to wall windows that lead out onto the balcony.

The kitchen is very modern and fully equipped with all the modern conveniences to ensure your break in Barcelona is a completely hassle free one.

Check-in is at 15:00 pm and check-out before 11:00 am
The minimum rental time is 3 nights (might accept exceptions after agreement).

Located in a typical modern building of the area, on the 2nd floor with a lift, with sun all around.

The apartment by Selva de Mar metro station which can take you in just 10 minutes to the Barcelona's old city center.

Also, there is a brand new, large commercial centre at a 10 minute walk from your front door so everything you could possibly need is on hand.

The communal grounds which include a private garden for the use of the residents, a great feature along with the swimming pool.

The beach is about a 10 min walk from the apartment, they are really great beaches and a wonderful option on really hot summer days!
